Dr. Moe took great care of me while teaching a new assitant how to help. I greatly appreciate a doctor teaching his newly aquired assistant. He had his regular assistant with him during the whole process. I also loved that Dr. Moe took the time to call me on a at night to make sure I was okay and to answer any questions especially since it was a Friday evening. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress my daughter was able to make in just as few hours after surgery. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Moe was so personable that he personally called to check on my daughters progress.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
When I called to ask questions following my procedure and some outstanding insurance information, I was told the reason no one called me back, after I requested a follow up phone call, was because they are so busy. We all get busy, but isn't it common courtesy to return calls when you work in a service industry and happy clients can make you and unhappy clients can break you?

No, I didn't receive anything at all

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

My appointment was for 11am, I wasn't even in a room until 1pm, then waited another 30 minutes to meet the doctor, he rushed out without answering questions. When he finally came back in over 30 minutes later, to inject novacaine, he didn't wait for the topical to kick in, then he made one injection and squirted half the tube into one place. It was extremely painful, and he poked one more time and injected the other half (not how I've had this done before). Then he left me alone for 40 minutes! When he came back in, at first I couldn't feel it, but then I could, and I said "ow" and pushed his hand away, he told me to relax because I was almost done. I watched the clock between closing my eyes in pain, it was another 3 minutes before he was done. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this doctor ever, to anyone, and I'm reporting him to my insurance, so hopefully they take him off their list...

Dr. Moe is the best! I had all four impacted wisdom teeth extracted and did great. I needed to have my surgery before going back to college and they accomodated me in their schedule and came in at 6am just for me! Dr. Moe even called me the night of my surger to see how everything went. I had no complications and was able to go back to school after ontime. I trust Dr. Moe and his staff completely. Their staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love Dr. Moe!!
