I have used this dentist for quite some time every crown I have had done with him hurts for weeks after he always tells me this is normal. I have 2 other teeth he said that the cavities are so deep they need crowns. Because of the pain I endured from the the last 2 I decided to go to a dentist a friend recommended. The 2 teeth he said needed crowns or root canals only have minor cavities and have now been fixed. Seems to me he is just lookin to make money. The previous crowns he did were also done improperly. I have found out now that they need to be re-done because all the decay was not removed before the crown was placed. I spent so much money with this dentist and now have to have EVERYTHING re-done because he did a terrible job...BEWARE

I have been going to Dr. Ali Etessam for over five years now I have had two root canals and crowns done and did my crowns one week after the root canals. I did not even feel the procedures and have not had any pain from my teeth. I have had beaching, Invisalign, and few minor fillings done. I feel that his work and explanations for the procedures was great and I understood everything, the educational videos that he shows before the work and after the work covers it all. I am having him do my botox next he has unbelievable deals on it and most of my model friends have said great things about his work . I am looking forward to my next visit with him and his office staff are so friendly, Kerry and Marry are great and make me feel like I am at home every time. I also love my hygienist Stephanie Bayer she is so careful not to hurt me and make me fell comfortable. I just cannot say enough about these people you have to go your self its one of the best kept secrets of Naples fl call them 239 566 1940
