I do not recommend parents take their children to this office. In the lobby is sign requesting parents to stay in the waiting room while children are being treated. We had x rays done there last Thurs and spoke of what work needed to be done. Today we went in they took my child to the back and 15 minutes later he came out with the wrong side of his mouth numb to discover they refilled an old filling instead of fixing the tooth on the other side that is broken. Then advised me that all though I told them last week the broken tooth is causing problems they go by what the child tells them. My son looked up and said but that tooth hurt once when I was eating dinner. Then The doctor strolled away telling me, "we fill them one at time make another appointment". The receptionist had the nerve to say maybe next time you should go back there and tell them what needs to be done!! They take your child back with out you, you feel they see the broken decayed tooth so they must know that is first to be fixed! So I leave and I go to another office to ask if I can get an appointment to get this tooth out of my child's mouth. They look in his mouth and ask me why the work redone on the already filled tooth was not finished??!! I am now informed they put in a temporary filling then did not cap it so it wont even stay in there long! Then after an x ray by the second doctor he tells me that the other tooth that was supposed to be worked on today could not even be treated it had to be pulled. These people where going to put a filling in a broken tooth with decay underneath! I am still so upset that I hope this blog makes sense! I am just glad I went straight to another doctor and they were kind enough to take my child on back and fix the problem,
