There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I am pretty much at ease during my appointments here, which is saying something because I'm afraid of dentists. They always go to great lengths to make sure I am completely relaxed and understand what's going to be happening. I definitely trust them and won't take my family anywhere else even though we don't live near them anymore. The bonus is they always call and remind me of when an appointment is. And did I mention they're just plain nice folks? I'm not just saying that either, they have to be nice to deal with a chicken like me, lol.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
