I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, . It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would.. I've never doubted their abilities. I would and have in the past,,,recommended this office... There is also spanish speaking employees , if that is what you are more comfortable with. ESPANOL
