The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. It's also very hard to get an appointment with this doctor, after being notified of abnormalities on my cervix they told me I would have to wait a MONTH to come in and be tested. NOBODY should have to wait that long. I will be going elsewhere

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
