The amount of care and attention that the entire staff gave me and my family was above and beyond what we expected. No matter what time of day there was someone available to answer my questions. They always made me feel that I was their top priority. NEVER give up on your dream because miracles do happen and I am living proof of that! I cannot thank the FCI staff, along with Dr. Jacobs for everything that they did for my family!

Dr. Jacobs is an excellent fertility doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. He and his staff are always available to answer any questions that arise. Having gone through IVF myself, I know how scary it can be not to have answers right away, he is always there to get you the information you need.

Dr.Jacobs has been so wonderful, patient and considerate throughout my whole time at FCI He was persistent with finding and using all the latest technologies available for us to be successful ..he never let us give up hope even when we wanted to. He is always approachable and accessible .with a great chairside manner. Best decision we ever made...finally pregnant with twins!

Dr. Jacobs is very nice, easy to talk to, and explains the process well. He always offers to let you email him with any questions. He is also excellent at listening to your questions and suggestions.
