Dr. Jacobs and his team at FCI Buffalo Grove and Highland Park IVF helped us achieve our dream of having a baby. Over three years of treatment, Dr. Jacobs always had a new idea and approach to incorporate as he personalized the best treatment plan for me and my husband. It was ultimately our fifth FET that successfully resulted in a pregnancy. He is easy to talk to and speaks openly and honestly in a manner that provides comfort and reassurance during a challenging time. Dr. Jacobs and his team of nurses make themselves available and respond as quickly as possible to any question or concern. Dr. Jacobs stays up-to-date on the latest trends in fertility treatment in both the US and Europe, and his connections in his field are extensive. If plan A does not work, be patient because Dr. Jacobs will have plans B, C, and D waiting if needed. Dr. Jacobs is a compassionate doctor who provides wonderful care all throughout the challenging fertility journey. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to him, and my husband and I would certainly seek his care in the future when we expand our growing family.

We liked Dr. J from the first meeting - he was extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I knew he was doing everything he could to help us but was honest about things that wouldn't. While you get less interaction with him than at a small practice, he is always accessible via email which I really liked - and responded promptly. I highly recommmend Dr. J!

DR.JACOBS WAS WONDERFUL THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. HE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND CARING. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE STRUGGLING WITH INFERTILITY.

Dr. Jacobs EXCEDES expectations. He already gave us our son and baby #2 is on the way. He has concise communication and does his very best to give you a baby. We will be coming back to share with Dr. Jacobs the 'fruit of his labor'.

After delivering our daughter (via IVF) 6 months ago we have been absolutely delighted and excited to come back to work with Dr Jacobs to further expand our family. We came back to Dr Jacobs because we had such a wonderful expierience in the past years working with him. His bedside mannor is what made us feel like humans, not patients. Dr Jacobs has provided us with all the necessary information and has set clear goals and expectations. We look forward to our next IVF cycle working with Dr Jacobs.

Dr. Jacobs is an exceptional doctor - the best in his field. He is knowledgeable about the latest advancements in fertility. Dr. Jacobs truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and discusses all your options. Dr. Jacobs responds to questions promptly. I felt completely confident that I was doing everything possible under Dr. Jacobs care. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs.
