They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I have always enjoyed my visits here. Dr. Schraufnagel is warm and kind, always willing to take a moment out to help someone with questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
