They always help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
