I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain and work with newer technology to make visits quicker and more pleasant. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They're careful that I'm as comfortable as possible and I learn more about teeth and dentistry every time I go.

Dr. Lodenquai is an excellent dentist, The first time I used him for a temp fix, because I couldn't afford the permanent. As expected, the temp didn't last, but hes still warrantied it and fixed it free of charge three times till I could afford the permanent. He also subtracted the cost of the temp from the permanent. After that I hadn't used him for over two years and he still remembered me. And not just my name, he remembered specifics like that I used to have a lip piercing and what i was going to school for. He gets my highest recommendation

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
