After going to Dentaland of Jensen Beach,Fla's office today,i will never refer anyone to them ,EVER..Because things were not fully explained to me in detail about my dental discount program,i ended up paying 153 dollars and still have the tooth problem i had coming into the place.so i just bought lunch for the entire staff for the day..and i didnt even get a thank you for it,not even on the reciept.so i'm putting the word out about this place.and whats sad is another lady was demanding a refund for questionable billing while i was there also,so i know i'm not the only one to have this problem with dentaland of Jensen Beach,Fla.My money isnt easy to make guys,and when i give it away,at least i would like to have a little benefit other than a hundred dollar consultation fee and a 53 dollar xray fee.i knew what tooth was bad,i didnt need an xray to find it or identify what the problem was with it.good job Dentaland of Jensen Beach,Fla..you exhibit the reason consumer confidence is non-exsistant these days.you take advantage of not explaining small detail which can cost a customer big time.153.00 is not a large sum of money,but if i would have been informed of what i needed to know,i would have never let you guys swindle it out of me in the first place.

These people are scam artists. The worst experience I ever had at a dentist including getting my wisdom teeth removed. Almost got in a fist fight with the dentist. Told me I have 4 cavities and would not show where they where. A year later and 2 dentist later and they still have no cavities. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I took my daughter for an ortho consult the orthodontist was very nice but his assistant was rude and overbearing and manager was very mean and pushy!! i Over heard a staff member saying it had been months since they cleaned their suctions which is otterly disgusting i will never return.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure.
