Dr. Whitford is pleasant, thorough and takes the time to find out what the problem is. The staff works with him well and they are organized and yet caring and attentive to your problems.
The waiting room is clean and user friendly. The waiting time is not long and staff continues to inform you when there are changes.
When calling the office the staff is friendly and calls back within a short time.
Dr. Whitford has follow ups when needed but does not take advantage of appts.
He is caring doctor who goes above and beyond in every aspect

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
