I was having a few teeth pulled and a partial made. The teeth were pulled but the partiacl would not fit without pulling a good tooth or foing a week for a new partial.

Then to top it off every appointment I was overcharged, not charged according to my insurance. Yet the office never notified me. If I did not match up my receipts with the insurance forms I never would have known. Then it was like I was puling teeth to get them to reimburse me the overpayments. Although the amount they claimed was on my account did not match up with the amount I had overpaid.

No, it was almost unbearable

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They are very over pricey and lie about insurance doesn't cover certain things when it does they just never check because i called the insurance myself . it was my first visit and everytime i call they are rude and refuse to let me talk to Dr.Draper or secretary . i will NEVER go back .
