Impressive office but not a good experience. The approach is to push patients towards ONLY expensive treatment/procedures and not give them an option to choose what they are comfortable with from a cost aspect. Felt like you go in for pain medication but they see something minor which may/may not become something major in the future and say a surgery is mandatory will not give pain medication even temporarily. Prefer people who can work with patients at their comfort level in order to build trust.
I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
