They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Dr. Anthony Malench has provided excellent medical care for my family for many years. We have been going to him for over 20 years and have never had a problem. His staff can sometimes be curt, but HE never has. He listens to us and we have been very satisfied with the medical treatment we've received. He also has an excellent blood drawer; she seems to get it right every time... We've never had long waits in the waiting room and we appreciate that. We like to "get in and get out."

Not only has Dr. Malench given my mother too many scrips over the years, but he never thinks about the interaction of drugs. He won't see clients on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, my mother has been going to him for so many years, she doesn't want to change doctors. His office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful also. When I took my mother in for her flu shot, they didn't even take her to a room. Truth be told....they didn't even have her sit down! They had her stand at the front desk, roll up her sleeve and the nurse gave her the shot over the counter! Real professional, huh?! Not to mention, I wanted to ask Dr. Malench a question about Mom's health (she's 80)while we were in the office. He was unavailable (as usual) and, when I asked the front desk nurse to put a note in her chart, her only response was "I don't have her chart". Really!? What are all of those filing cabinets directly behind her desk? Lazy, incompetent, useless. Wouldn't let this Dr. or staff treat my dog!
