I never thought I'd find someone I liked after Dr. Hudson, my dermatologist of over 30 years, retired. Thank God he referred me to Dr. Al-Basha. What a beautiful office, and such kind receptionists - I can't believe what they have to put up with from people, and they do it with grace. The staff is kind and professional and they treat me elegantly. I am in awe at the level of service I receive from Dr. Al-Basha -. she completely surpasses all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. She and her nurse, Judy, are so compassionate and caring!. I know I can always count on Dr. Al-Basha. She is absolutely fabulous, and I'd refer ANYONE to her.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
