Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.
