Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
