I have visited this MD once for my son, who has autism. He is very knowledgable (sp?). He seemed irritated that I brought my son to the appointment. His staff gave me no instructions to not bring my son for the first appointment. I noted to him that he cannot treat my son if my son is not present for the first appointment. This MD is a bit difficult to "read" (i.e. is he joking or serious during interpersonal communication).

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
