Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
Dr Lindsay didn't make us wait long--we got in, got our questions answered, and got home quickly (I'd hate to spend hours and hours at the doctor's).

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
