Yes, I had to wait forever.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
