They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
