It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Ray & Kate Get an A

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
