All the survey questions were irrelevant to my particular visit. I had a foreign object - part of a bug and some scabbing in my ear. Despite being a one timer and not a regular patient I was received quickly, treated with courtesy and consideration, and I felt that the service provided was professional. The wait time was negligible and Dr. Vick was very personable and informative in explaining his procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Vick and the facility.
