Went in because of my hearing difficulties. I was VERY impressed with Dr. Pitts and the staff. They treated me as a real person and not "just a patient." I would recommend them without question. The testing was very thorough. Dr. Paige, the hearing aid specialist is a dear. Never rushed. Answered all my questions and I am so excited to be able to hear again. It was expensive though, about $4k including all tests, hearing aids, and lifetime batteries, rechecks, and support. I'm am so glad I went to them instead of some fly-by-night side-of-the-road hearing aid rip off artist. It pays to see a REAL doctor!!
