I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I find it hard to believe that a doctors office has problems providing basic immunization for an infant, yet this particular facility has this issue consistently. We are notified that "the shots are in" yet when we arrive we are told they don't have them.

Our child is currently 5 months behind on her shots due to the office being "out of vaccinations" every time she goes in for her scheduled wellness visits, or make up visits.

I find it to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. Any "Doctor" that is incapable of managing their office, has no business attending to patients.
