The office was filthy, they didn't have a changing station and would not allow me to change my child causing diarreah to get everywhere. They did not wash their hands after cleaning up said diarreah, or before examining my child, and stuck my child in a trash can causing her to panic. I would recommend against them just on the cleanliness factor alone, but the treatment of my family was appalling, and I'm having my insurance provider ban them from their network.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They are extremely reliable. They always have an answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Dr. Gilbert is very knowledgeable, thorough, and down to earth. He's an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Dr. Gilbert has been my kids Dr. for over 13 years and we love him. My children do not think of him just as their Dr., he is a part of our family and will always be known as just that, family! There for James Gilbert lll is the BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD.
