I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

We came to Dr. Peeples due to insurance and we could not be happier! He has a great team. They are prompt, courteous yet make each child feel welcomed and special.

Dr. Peeples office is great. The staff are friendly and well organized. We found him due to insurance change and what a blessing it has been! Two issues that had been dismissed by the previous pediatrician were deemed significant enough for a specialist visit. Getting appointments for routine care is easy and they have always responding immediately to urgent or emergency situations. I would highly recommend this office for pediatric care.
