They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information and testing and time with doctor. Did not spend enough time with child to get to know him and find out his particular needs and ablilities or difficulties with learning, then he was gone to the next patient. Not every child needs medication, but may have difficulties learning because of the way they see and understand. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

I wouldn't recommend him at all. He either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though he had my information right in front of him, I kept having to explain it to him and remind him why I was there. After less than 5 minutes, he was writing out a perscription for my 7 yr old son w/o even speaking to him. He was VERY rude and matter-or-fact....seemed agitated. Even yelled at a teenager in the waiting room prior to us going in! Very unprofessional. I will not go back.
