One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
