I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
