I did not receive a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable and I did experience pain for a day or two afterwards. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. Dr. Snyder wasn't friendly in the least -- even a bit nasty, belittling and antagonistic towards me. I believe that he is definitely "burned out" from the dental business and should retire ASAP. I definitely have never felt more unwelcome anywhere!

My sister has been going here for years and told me to set an appointment when I moved here. Very accommodating and wonderful staff! They definitely take your personal needs and questions into consideration and are very relaxed. I also had to cancel an appointment last minute and they gave me a new date which of course was a couple of months away. BUT they put me on a list to get an earlier appointment and they called me within the next month! I've never been able to be rescheduled that quickly and it was very helpful! I will be recommending them to all family and friends.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
