The practitioner named Julie is really nice, understanding, and caring. However, last time I was there, they gave me a practitioner I had never been to before. I don't know why I didn't get placed with Julie again since I've been going there for many years and have always been satisfied with her. I even got to see Julie when I had an emergency appointment. The other practitioner that I worked with was cold, didn't answer my questions, and seemed ready to rush me out of my appointment. She seemed very condescending and even blamed me for any concerns I raised. I will go back if I get to see a caring practitioner, but if this other lady ever walks in the room when I'm there again- I'm running!
