Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
