They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

my husband and i have visited this office several times. each time we have to wait at least 1 hr in the waiting room. then they only do xrays on visit the next visit the look at your mouth, then the 3rd you might get a cleaning. my appt for my cleaning my appt time was 3:30 they didn't see me until 5. when i was complaing to the front desk i was told, that i have the choice to go somewhere else, i just asked why they don't care about there patients and she turned her back on me. the lady who was cleaning my teeth did apologize. so after i left i called to talk to dr parker and he walked by and told her to hang up on me. i am a 33 yr old women and NEVER in my life have i had such a bad experiece. even the health dept. treats there pts better. and the health depo is free. this man and his staff are horrible.

Please, don't waste your time with this dentist office. I have no idea how the dentist is, however, if this is the type of staff he employs and continues to keep employed then he cannot be that great. My insurance company assigned me to this office, however, I will continue to deal with a painful tooth until I can be reassigned to another office. They are AWFUL!

I took a 71 yr.old friend that is partially paralized on their left side and is in a wheelchair..We waited at least 3 hrs before they called us back..Then again we had to wait, this person is also a diabetic (and needed to eat)..Finally a nurse came in,took a couple of x-rays and left..I could hear the nurse ask the doctor if he was going to see us next and he replied "no" and went in to another patients room and was talking to the assistant about the news, ect.while working on this patient..The doctor did finally come in for about 10 minutes..On our way out my friend had to go to the restroom..THE WHEELCHAIR WOULD NOT FIT THRU THE BATHROOM DOOR! We got no assitance from the staff or offer of help..He seems to be a good dentist, but is over booked and needs to work on the schedule. I will not take my friend back to this place..If you go there be prepared to wait all day..
