I will definitely recommend them to people I know. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Dr brown has really given me my life back. I had surgery with him and I would not have trusted anyone else to do it. Dr. Brown is the best.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only did they not review my medical history before my appointment, but they didn't go over anything in the actual exam.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
