They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is warm and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Shin as a go-to gynecologist.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

I visited Dr. Shin for the first time last week. She was so nice and pleasant I wanted to send her flowers afterward! It was the best gyno appointment I've ever had; I've had some awful experiences elsewhere. Dr. Shin was easy to talk to, gave me advice without being too pushy, and was quick with the examination. I'm so glad to have found her. She's booked a couple of months in advance, so be sure to make an appointment quick.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
