They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
