STAY AWAY. I found this doctor to be callous and uncaring. Most importantly, however, she pushed a number of tests and did not explain how I would be charged for these, despite the fact that I asked. She went on to tell me that I was receiving a discount, and I paid the entire fee due at the close of the appointment, but later, I received a bill for the amount of the "discount". A few weeks later, I received a whopping bill for the lab work. Again, I asked about the cost of this specifically. As for the "holistic" aspect of this practice, I truly did not observe this at work. To hook patients, this doctor markets a holistic approach and touts an all-women's office, but your experience won't be much different than that with a conventional, dismissive male doctor. Along with the doctor's brusque manner (she was condescending and a bit snarky), she also emphasized conventional, somewhat radical procedures for my condition, and dismissed holistic, natural, dietary, or alternative therapies out of hand. Instead, she was pushing for major surgery that would bring her the most money and could negatively affect my fertility. I felt terribly taken advantage of. Well, my pocketbook is a bit sore after this encounter, but I did find a better doctor committed to better care. STAY AWAY.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
