They seem nice at first - especially when they are trying to talk you into thousands of dollars worth of dental work/braces/surgery, you name it. Have their treatment plan corrborated by another dentist, doctor or oral surgeon. Pretty much everything said to me was a lie from the results of radiology studies to the necessity of bone grafts for wisdom teeth surgery. Two board certified radiologists said I did not have anything wrong with my TMJ - but Dr. Eck will convince you you do and need a 500 CT in his office and 3500 dollars worth of Invisalign to fix it. Then I needed bone grafts. When I told my new oral surgeon (an MD/DDS by the way) what they wanted to do he thought it was crazy. If I would have let them I would have run up a bill somewhere near $9,000 - quite a lot of dental work for someone in their 20's who already had braces and only had three previous cavaties before coming to their office.
Also, those sweet as sugar girls at the front desk do a 180 if they owe you money - even after my insurance company called them and I called them multiple times. The lady at my insurance company said she was embarassed that they were a part of their network.
