They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I have been going to this office for about 3 or 4 years and plan to continue. The staff is always very nice and attentive to my needs.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
