Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
