I have been a patient of Dr. Clemens for 20 years. She is by far my favorite doctor. I have never had a problem with her staff, ease in making appointments or my wait time. She always takes the time to spend with me and answer any questions I have. I would highy recommend Dr. Clemens.

Dr. Clemens is very nice, and takes time to answer and explain as much as she can, in a concise and easy to understand way. The front desk staff are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. In person, the nurse is fine, but on the phone she always sounds as though you are putting her out. She's the sole reason why I deducted one star for this review. I felt like my needs were generally met, but she gives me the bare minimum and does not make any extra effort at all, other than making me feel like I was being annoying. Perhaps she's overwhelmed and needs help?

The office was very easy to locate, and is a pleasant, relaxing environment. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back for paps. I didn't have a bad experience..... I just dread calling them for follow-up information or advice!

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they are very reliable.
