I have always had issues with trusting dentists due to having TMJ and a prior jaw fracture from a car accident. This office is amazing! The staff is very sympathetic and reassuring. The friendliness and general concern for the patients has made me feel relaxed with them and allowed me trust that they will make every effort to see that I am well taken care of while minimizing the amount of discomfort I feel when been seen for routine treatments as well as unexpected procedures. I am currently driving 45 minutes one way to this office instead of walking across the street to my local dentist simply because of the staff. Well worth the drive to be treated by a wonderful group of people who remember who you are!

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either.
