I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. My issuse just weren't completely met. I am still having problems today.
