This was the first new set of dentures I have had since the originals were made 5 years ago. I was very pleased with the fit and the way I was treated. I especially appreciated Pat who works at the front desk. She was extremely helpful with the insurance documentation and any information I needed. Even though I recieved approval from my insurance for the dentures, after the fact the insurance co. communicated there was an issue with the coverage. Pat went to work on my behalf and got everything squared away. The overall experience was very plesant but Pat was the icing on the cake. She is deffinently an asset to the business.
