It's been several year since I used this dental practice and won't go back. They always push their expensive whitening service. Last time I went, the X-ray technician used the wrong size bite wings and gouged my mouth. He argued with me when I asked for smaller ones, told me they fit, and forced my mouth shut. I'll never go back.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The backroom is basically set up like a salon, just half walls seperating each patient. It kind of makes you feel naked, I like privacy. If you moan alot they kind of take offense and will give you dirty looks, like its going to bother their other patients. That's what you get when you don't have actual rooms for your loud patients.
