They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I simply went in for a physical and my experience with this doctor was absolutely awful. Clearly, I need to lose weight, but she patronized me and tried to "sell" me on some gimmick diet that she endorses that I left on the verge of tears. I did not come to her office for this. When I told her that I was already seeking help with my weight with another doctor specializing in weight loss, she continues on to bash this doctor, my weight, and asked "how can I help anyone in my profession when I am overweight myself". She was incredibly rude, out of line, and by far the worse doctor I have ever encountered. She signed off on my physical examination form that I am in overall good health, but leaves on the comment section that I have a high BMI and I'm working on my weight. Really? Get a life lady. Knowing that I am a student, she goes on to charge me $200 for this "physical" which was only checking my vital signs and asking me some dumb questions about my health history. She seems less knowledgeable in her practice and more set on making irrelevant absurd comments to her patients. Please find another doctor.
