I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never had any other doctor give me better advice, and it was completely unbiased.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They briefly explained my medication to me, but I wish I had been given more information. I'm definitely nervous about taking a medication I don't know anything about. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I wasn't given any sort of advice about how I could use natural remedies to get rid of my inflammation but I didn't ask for any either. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
